Started operations as an international airport. Initially, operations will only be carried out under visual flight (VFR) rules&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to VFR, airplanes are designed to operate in visible weather conditions (that is, clear weather). The use of VFR should avoid cloudy, heavy rain, low visibility, and other adverse weather conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Saudi Arabia lifted restrictions related to the new crown virus, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.piac.com.pk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pakistan International Airlines<\/a>&#8216; first flight landed at Medina Airport<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, after Saudi Arabia announced the lifting of Covid-related restrictions on Pakistan and five other countries from Wednesday, the first Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight carrying 121 passengers landed at Medina International Airport on Wednesday.
